Old Projects

And here you go, some of my older work. The stuff that never really saw the light of day.

First up (below) is my first run at an action film… a feature action film (but this is just the trailer)… It was back when I was in film school. We had the lay of the campus to run around with actual firing prop guns/starter guns. It was insane… fun insane. Of course my professors told me not to do this film, but whatever…

The film is called “…Burn!”. It’s about three childhood friends (Diallo, Gedrick, & Hope) raised as hitmen and bodyguards for an extremely wealthy (and questionably crooked) family. But eventually the money drives a wedge between members of the family and these three friends are forced to take sides as they try to survive the coming storm.

Next up is the trailer for a series of webisodes that I concocted and worked on with an old buddy of mine. The idea was to create a fictitious town, called “Racine, CA”, then to introduce a series of characters that either just moved into town or have lived their for some time. Once the characters were introduced, via a series of weblogs, we revealed the actual plot… Zombies… the town was overrun with them and our characters had to get out. Relatively simple and fun to do. Not every webisode worked, but those that did were pretty cool.

And here is my first run at a “One Week Film Competition”. My team was assigned a comedy about cooking. I suck at comedies…
